I am a private chef based in Providence, Rhode Island, and the owner and executive chef of PiANTA, an award winning restaurant on historic Federal Hill. While PiANTA is my foundation, my work now extends far beyond the restaurant, bringing custom culinary experiences to gatherings across New England, the United States, and abroad.

I know what it means to build something from the ground up and to carry it with care. That same presence guides every event I cook for. I create thoughtful, intuitive meals for intimate dinners, weddings, retreats, and multi day experiences. Nothing is templated. Every menu is custom, shaped around your people, your moment, and what will make it truly memorable.

My work has taken me from villas in Greece, to sailing, to destination weddings, bachelorette weekends, proposals, and corporate off-sites. Beyond the food, I design complete experiences through planning, styling, and creative direction. From tablescapes and décor to curated gifting and brand collaborations, every element is considered and aligned with intention.

I plan, prep, and execute with clarity and professionalism. I arrive fully prepared, move with steadiness and purpose, and leave your space cleaner than I found it. My background in restaurant service and large scale catering brings structure and precision, but private chef work is where I thrive. It is more personal, more connected. I cook with care, lead with kindness, and approach every experience with deep respect for the role I am trusted to play.
