I'm a private chef based in Providence, RI and the owner and executive chef of PiANTA, an award-winning restaurant on Rhode Islands historic Federal Hill.

 

I know what it means to build something from the ground up and carry it with care. That same presence guides every event I cook for. I create thoughtful, intuitive meals for intimate gatherings, retreats, and weddings across New England and beyond. Nothing is templated, every menu is custom, built around your people, your moment, and what will make it unforgettable.

I plan, prep, and execute every detail with care, I bring everything I need, move with steadiness and clarity, and leave your space cleaner than I found it. My background in restaurant service and large-scale catering gives me structure, but private chef work is where I thrive. It’s more personal, more connected. I cook with intention, lead with kindness, and never forget what an honor it is to be part of your story.
